Returns Policy

At Reeves Medical, LLC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be a need to return items under certain circumstances. Please carefully review our returns policy below.

General Returns

  • Return Window: Items may be returned within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.

  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will apply to any item returned after the initial 24-hour period.

  • Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, and include all accessories, manuals, and components.​

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are

non-returnable:

  • Bathroom products

  • Lift chairs

  • Patient lifts

  • Mattresses

  • Mobility scooters

  • Compression Stockings

We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase of these items, as all sales on these products are final.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the appropriate return window.

  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and it is recommended to use a trackable shipping method.

  3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, minus any applicable restocking fees. Must be on original payment method.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.
